This very cool shot glass features a lively katydid. Katydids are medium-sized to large insects. They are usually green, sometimes with brown markings, and are camouflaged to blend with the leaves they feed on. Their very long antennae distinguish them from grasshoppers. Seen up close, they seem to be aliens from outer space!
